COVID-19 Update from Pleasant Bay Village Resort

Cleanliness and safety have always been a top priority for us and now more than ever, extra attention is paid to ensure the safety of our guests as well as our team.  Additional staff training has been implemented in accordance with guidelines set forth by the Center for Disease Control, Environmental Protection Agency, World Health Organization as well as other State and local agencies.  All accommodations have their own private entrances and there are 11 buildings spread out over the property ensuring social distancing has always been easily maintained. Our accommodations also have windows as well as their own air-conditioning systems so there is no shared air between units. This seven acre piece of paradise is also our home, and we take health and safety very seriously. As such, we have made the following adjustments to our operating procedures for 2021.

  • We have modified our 30 day cancellation policy.
  • Our check-in counter at reception has a plexiglass shield protecting guests and staff. Unvaccinated staff will be wearing masks. Unvaccinated guests will be asked to wear masks in the lobby and all other indoor common areas.  A dispenser with hand sanitizer will be provided for guests at the front desk.
  • Guests are provided the option for full or partial daily housekeeping.
  • After check-out, rooms are sanitized according to protocols set forth by the leading authorities on this subject including the CDC, OSHA, and WHO.

Please follow the State of Massachusetts recommended guidelines for travel.

    • Hi Sandie, we are serving a to-go breakfast this year which guests are enjoying. You can enjoy it in your room or in the gardens. The poolside lunch will be served in July & August, if you decide on a Summer trip. Feel free to call the front desk if you have any more questions.
