Rate Policies
Minimum stay policy of 3 days will apply on weekends from June 14 to September 7.
Other minimum stay requirements may be enforced during certain times of the year.
9.7% Massachusetts Tax
Extra persons: $20 per day per person; under 12 years old $15 per day per child.
All rooms are non-smoking.

Reservation/Cancellation Policy
Because of the popularity of Pleasant Bay Village, we recommend early reservations. We also suggest you reserve only for the period you are sure you will remain with us. Our acceptance of the reservation is made with the understanding that you are responsible for the entire period you reserve. Deposit refund, minus $25.00, will be returned if we receive a 30-day notice prior to your arrival date. Cancellations within 30-days of the arrival date are subject to full charge, if we are unable to re-book.
For reservations of three days or more we request a deposit of one-third of the total stay by check or credit card.
For reservations of one or two days we request a one-night deposit by check or credit card.
All cancellations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
