Reservation/Cancellation Policy
Because of the popularity of Pleasant
Bay Village, we recommend early reservations. We also
suggest
you reserve only for the period you are sure you will remain
with us. Our acceptance of the reservation is made with
the
understanding that you are responsible for the entire period
you reserve. Deposit refund, minus $25.00, will be returned
if we receive a 30-day notice prior to arrival. Cancellations
within the 30-day period are subject to full charge
and deposit loss, if we are unable to re-book.
For reservations of three days or more we
request a deposit of one-third of the total stay by check
or credit card.
For reservations of one or two days we request
a one-day deposit by check or credit card guarantee.
All cancellations are subject to a $25 cancellation
fee.
